In an email this morning my boyfriend said he had a feeling something good was going to happen for me today, and indeed, I got the part in the short musical I had a callback for last night!
My boyfriend had to scan and email me music for the initial audition and as I wrote below, I discovered at the last minute my dress was ripped... Haha!

Now I’m running out the door for an open casting call for Universal Studio tour guides!

You would be a great tour guide as well, and could meet a lot of influencial people there.
The tour guide could be your version of waitressing (although you'll still have to walk a lot but will be able to dress up more).

Actually, at Universal they're tram tours, so I wouldn't get my exercise at work! LOL!
I know waiting tables would probably be more lucrative, but I just don't want to do it unless it's my only option! And, you're right Nancy, I'd rub a lot of important elbows!
Hopefully I get the job!
